Dolls, the world of beauty is the world I want to live in - road trip, housebound, any time of day, always - and nothing gets in my way.
The handbag - is one of those special inventions that has exceeded the measure of time.
It's practical, it's personal and it's undoubtedly, beautiful.
The perfect handbag to take travelling, is in my opinion, one that is big enough to carry essential travelling basics such as one's phone, keys, wallet, touch-up makeup and perhaps a shawl to keep cozy, one that is small enough to fit into a handbag that embodies a handbag's greatest purposes which are to look cute, elegant and fashionable.
An organised wardrobe will be your best friend. Being on the go is not about how much you have, it's what you have. If you bring too much, everything becomes unorganised within moments. However, if you bring a few perfectly put-together outfits that can be used to mix and match for several days, you'll not only travel lighter, but you'll utilise your fashion skills, additionally allowing for your creativity to flourish. This is a prime example of one of my standard on-the-go overnight bags:
I have two perfect dresses in shades of gold and black, paired with one option of dazzling gold high-heels and a mini purse just big enough to cage a pair of earrings, a bronzer to powder my nose and a Dior perfume to smell enchanting all day and all night long.
C'est moi, and here is what is significant about this photo. I'm posing in our perfect on-the-go apartment. It is not a hotel. We paid a fraction of the price, instead reaping 100% of the benefit. Renting an apartment over a hotel is the ultimate, darling triple threat of convenience, accessibility and comfort. J'adore. J'adore. J'adore!
I think that the idea of on-the-go is believed by many as equating to comfort over style. But thankfully for you sweet Dolls, I believe that fashion always has a place, rain, hail or shine.
